USAG Competitive Team

This class is reserved for qualified athletes who have demonstrated the technical skills required to compete under USAG guidelines.  Athletes will be invited to join the team by the coach. At least 30 minutes of each class time is spent conditioning.  These athletes have to be focused and self-motivated.  Both tumbling and trampoline will be taught. Only Levels 5 and higher will be placed on the team. Emphasis is placed on correct form and safety.

Silver Groups - $215/mo.
Black & Gold Groups - $240/mo.

Trampoline

This is reserved for those who love to jump! These athletes will be taught fundamental skills and basic techniques of trampoline based on USAG guidelines.  This can be an additional class for our competitive team or a recreational class for our rec athletes. Space is limited so enroll soon to ensure a spot. 
  • 1 class weekly - $75/mo.
    2 classes weekly - $130/mo.
(Team members add classes for $45 a class)

Developmental Team

This is and invitation only class where a solid, technically correct back handspring is required.  Team prep is for those athletes who desire to compete but need more time to work on their technical skills.
  • 2 class weekly - $165/mo.




Both tumbling and trampoline will be taught. Emphasis is placed on correct form and safety.
